Order cancellation

• Orders are final once placedWe prepare and dispatch quickly, so an order cannot be cancelled after it is placed.
• Sealed and unsure?After delivery, unopened bottles can be returned within 7 days under our returns policy.
• If we cancel, you pay nothingIf we ever have to cancel your order, you receive a full refund.

Cancelling an order

Each order is prepared, sealed and handed to our courier soon after it is placed. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Please check your bottles, quantities, delivery address and contact details before you complete checkout.

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have as a consumer under UAE law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

If you change your mind

If you no longer want a bottle after placing your order, you can return it once it is delivered, as long as it is sealed and unused and you contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & refunds policy for the full conditions. Return delivery for a change of mind is at your cost.

Mistakes in your order

If you notice a mistake in your delivery address or contact details, message us on WhatsApp or email info@maisonmilan.ae straight away with your order number. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee a change once it is being prepared.

Refused or undeliverable orders

If a delivery is refused, or cannot be completed because the address or phone number is incorrect or the recipient cannot be reached, the order is returned to us. Once it arrives back sealed and unused, we refund the price of the items to your original payment method. Delivery charges are not refunded.

When we may cancel an order

We may cancel an order, in full or in part, if:

• an item is out of stock or no longer available;
• there is a clear error in the price or description shown on the site;
• payment cannot be confirmed, or we suspect a fraudulent transaction;
• we cannot deliver to the address provided.

If we cancel, we will contact you and refund the full amount paid for the cancelled items, including any delivery charge, to your original payment method.
